Pecos Base Camp Workforce Housing

The Permian Basin oil development in West Texas is booming. The boom has attracted a multitude of workers in need of local housing. This workforce housing project, primarily built to serve the oil and gas industry workers, is a complete housing solution with cozy accommodations for more than 250 residents. The 40,000-square-foot development is completed with full-service dining, entertainment, communications, laundry, and recreation facilities. The residences feature a mix of comfortable single and double-room suites with private bathrooms.

Shortly after fabrication started in the production facility, site work started in Pecos. The complete project took 3 months from start to finish, allowing the facility operators to start housing workers on a very short schedule.
