Magnolia on MLK Apartments

The Magnolia Apartments on MLK Boulevard in Austin, Texas, are the city’s first apartments to be built using modular construction. The project includes 18 apartments: (7) single-story units, (7) 2-story units, and (4) 3-story units. Additionally, there is commercial space beneath three apartment units and a parking garage
beneath eight other units.

Thirty separate modules make up 19,000 square feet of the 25,000-square-foot complex. Construction of the modules at our Dallas manufacturing facility took only two months. The units were delivered to the site with fully finished interiors. The exterior finish was applied on-site after installation.
