City Of Mesquite Westlake Tennis Pro Shop

Palomar Modular Buildings has completed construction of the new City of Mesquite Westlake Tennis Pro Shop building in Mesquite, Texas. The modular retail building was designed specifically for the City, replacing the older existing structure with a modern, energy-efficient, and aesthetically pleasing facility, in line with the tennis center’s recent and ongoing improvements.

The single-module, 600 square-foot ADA-compliant building’s floor plan includes a sales area, clerks area, office, storage rooms, and two restrooms to serve the patrons of the tennis center.  The attractive building features handsome wood and stone-looking fiber cement exterior siding, granite countertops, durable vinyl plank flooring with a real wood look, and a dark bronze aluminum awning. The building is designed for energy efficiency with dual-pane fixed low E tempered windows, LED lighting, a programmable thermostat, occupant sensor controls for interior lighting, and photocell controls for exterior lighting.

Most of the construction was completed off-site at Palomar’s manufacturing facility in DeSoto, Texas.  The building was then shipped to Mesquite for installation and final finish.
