The Permian Basin oil development in West Texas is booming. The boom has attracted a multitude of workers in need of local housing. This workforce housing project, primarily built to serve the workers in the oil and gas industry, is a complete housing solution with cozy accommodations for more than 250 residents. The 40,000 square foot development is completed with full service dining, entertainment, communications, laundry and recreation facilities. The residences feature a mix of comfortable single and double room suites with private bathrooms.
Shortly after fabrication started in the production facility site work started under way in Pecos. The complete project took 3 months from start to finish, allowing the facility operators to start housing workers on a very short schedule.
